Vochis joined Delta Dental in 2011 as controller and has served as interim CFO since August 2014. greg has provided important leadership and sound financial management during a time of growth and innovation for our company, said CEO Helen Drexler. I appreciate greg 's ability to synthesize complicated financial information to both educate us internally and inform our operational and strategic decisions. In his new role, Vochis will also provide financial executive leadership for SpringRock Dental , a nonprofit sponsored by Delta Dental of Colorado that is focused on addressing the growing oral healthcare gap in Colorado .

2 The company also promoted Sherwin Louie as controller. Louie served as interim controller since December 2015, overseeing the company's financial accounting team. He joined Delta Dental in 2013. Louie previously worked for ProLogis as a manager analyzing land costs for industrial real estate property developments. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Before joining Delta Dental , Vochis served as a manager at Ernst & Young serving in the healthcare industry. Vochis earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Loyola College in Maryland.
