Please give details of any health/behaviour problems we need to be aware of: .. 3 Terms & Conditions All cats boarding at The Denmead Cattery must be vaccinated against at least Feline Respiratory Disease (flu) and Feline Enteritis. These vaccinations must be completed at least four weeks prior to boarding and annual vaccinations must be up to date.

4 The certificate must produced on admittance and will be held by the Cattery for the duration of the stay. Telephone bookings must be followed up by a Booking form and deposit within seven days to secure the Booking . Cancellations must be advised of as soon as possible. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made later than 10 days prior to booked date of arrival If you are unable to collect your cat on the agreed date of departure please inform us as soon as possible as other bookings may be affected. Unfortunately we will assume that any cat not collected within 7 days of the agreed depart date has been abandoned.
