(RCNY Title 15, Chapter 31) Combined sewer: A sewer receiving a combination of sanitary and/or industrial wastewater and stormwater runoff. (RCNY Title 15, Chapter 13) Combined sewer connection: A sewer connection which extends from the property line and conveys both sanitary sewage and stormwater runoff to a combined sewer or combined drain.
