Summary Statement The Department of Public Safety and Correctional services is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide inmate mental health services at Departmental facilities specified on Attachment Q. During the Contract term, the Department may close existing facilities and may add new facilities and may change the services provided at any facility. It is the State's intention to obtain services as specified in this RFP from a Contract between the selected Offeror and the State. The anticipated duration of services to be provided under this Contract is six (6) years from the Go-Live Date. The State anticipates completing the selection process with award in August 2017 and a Go-Live Date of November 1, 2017.
