10 ARTICLE 2 CONTRACT TIME ARTICLE Notice To Proceed The design -Builder agrees that it will begin the Work herein embraced upon receipt of the Notice To Proceed (NTP), unless the consent of the Authority, in writing, is given to begin at a later date, and that it will prosecute the same so that the Interim Completion Milestone Date(s) shown in Article , if applicable, shall be achieved, and that the Project shall be fully completed on or before the Project Completion Date set forth in Article See DB Section 100 General Provisions, section 101-3 for the definition of Project Completion.
