Restricted Eligibility Combinations who have NOT qualified for RIHS or HOYS in the current or previous year are eligible for Restricted status. Please wear a white armband. 1st - 4th rosettes will be awarded in each class for combinations that are ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE Restricted Section.
