Unlike mechanically governedengines of the past, the fully electronic3126B need not be gear-bound to limitmaximum vehicle speed this should bedone using Vehicle Speed Limiting (VSL)and the best balanceof performance andfuel economy, spec axle ratios and tire sizesto obtain: 2000 rpm @ 60 mph(97 km/h)subject to the following: Maximum cruisespeed of 65 mph(105 km/h) or recommended Engine speed atcruise 2400 rpm.
