Sensor Relearn Procedure if tpms light is off. 1. Ensure all tires are inflated to the pressure listed on the tire placard. 2. If using a Bartec tool, use the Relearn option, not Test Sensor . If using an Ateq tool, use the Service tpms menu, not Check . 3. Starting with the Left Front tire, use the scan tool to scan each sensor in the following order: LF, RF, RR, LR, & full size spare (if equipped). 4. Turn ignition to the ON position. 5. Connect scan tool to OBDII port and upload sensor IDs.

Sensor Relearn Procedure if tpms light is off. 1. Ensure all tires are inflated to the pressure listed on the tire placard. 2. If using a Bartec tool, use the Relearn option, not Test Sensor . If using an Ateq tool, use the Service tpms menu, not Check . 3. Starting with the Left Front tire, use the scan tool to scan each sensor in the following order: LF, RF, RR, LR, & full size spare (if equipped). 4. Turn ignition to the ON position. 5. Connect scan tool to OBDII port and upload sensor IDs.

2 6. Unplug the OBDII cable, keep ignition still in the ON position. 7. To verify baseline tire pressures are correct, set the parking brake, then hold down pressure warning reset switch (located on lower driver-side dash or in glove box) until tpms indicator blinks 3 times. If vehicle is not equipped with this button, move on to Step 8. 8. With the ignition still in the ON position, re-scan each sensor. 9. Test drive the vehicle above 30mph or more for at least 10 minutes, monitor the low tire pressure monitor to ensure it does not illuminate or blink. Sensor Relearn Procedure if tpms light is on. 1. When using the updated Ateq or Bartec tool, utilize the tool s Reset ECU function under one of the menus: plug into vehicle s OBD port and follow tool s onscreen prompts. If tool function is not available, move on to Step 4. 4. If using a Bartec tool, use the Relearn option, not Test Sensor . If using an Ateq tool, use the Service tpms menu, not Check . 5. Use the scan tool to scan each sensor in the following order: Left Front, Right Front, Right Rear, Left Rear, & full size spare (if equipped). 6. Turn ignition to the ON position. 7. Connect scan tool to OBDII port and upload sensor IDs. 8. Unplug the OBDII cable, keep ignition still in the ON position.

Tire Pressure Reset and Tire Rotation Reset Procedure (select models) 1. Ensure all tires are inflated to the pressure listed on the tire placard. 2. Apply parking brake and turn ignition to ON position (engine OFF).

5 3. Hold down pressure warning reset switch (located on lower driver-side dash or in glove box) until tpms indicator blinks 3 times. 4. It will take several minutes for the ECU to receive signals from the sensors and complete initialization.
