For each state, there is a list of Community/Migrant Health Centers that agricultural workers can call for assistance. If you are in an area where one of these centers is located, you can reach them with a local phone you are unable to find an address for a Community/Migrant Health Center or need help finding affordable health care services, please con-tact the Call for Health Program at HEALTH CENTER DIRECTORYH ealth centers that are currently participating in the Pfizer institutional patient assistance program have a small medicine bottle by their name and the satellite sites that are currently active are marked with an asterisk (*).
