McKernan, III, of Blue Bell, Montgomery County, had his petition for reinstatement of his certified public accountant license granted and, upon successful completion of the CPA examination, his CPA license (License # CA029041L) shall be reactivated and then immediately placed on probation for not less than five years as a condition for reinstatement. AU005524 of Reading, Berks County, permanently voluntarily surrendered his auctioneer license, because he violated the Criminal History Records Information Act in that he was convicted of Sexual Abuse of Children Child Pornography, a felony of the third degree. (11/8/21) Lancaster County Alan R Diffenbach, license no. AU002258L of New Holland, Lancaster County, was levied a civil penalty of $500; costs of investigation of $ ; and received a reprimand on his DISCIPLINARY record with the board , because he engaged in practice as an auctioneer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania while his license was expired.

6 (9/13/21) Out of State Donovan Hiltz, license no. AU005618 of East Hanover, Essex County, was levied a civil penalty of $500 because he failed to provide proof of a bond payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of $5,000. (11/8/21) PA board of Barber examiners Cumberland County Page 4 of 22 Leon Bradley of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, had his application to sit for the barber manager licensure examination granted and, upon successful completion of the examination, he shall be granted a restricted license for a period of two years based on his criminal conviction.

7 (11/10/2021) Ricardo Vargas of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, had his application to sit for the barber licensure examination granted and, upon successful completion of the examination, his barber license shall be granted and then immediately placed on probation for two years based on his criminal conviction. (11/24/2021) Delaware County Sheldon V. McEwan, license no. BL054650, of Darby, Delaware County, was suspended for failing to pay a previously imposed civil penalty. (10/13/21) Lancaster County Carlos Martinez, license no. BL055546, last known of Lancaster, Lancaster County, was suspended pursuant to the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County dated November 10, 2021, which the court issued under section 4355 of the Domestic Relations Code.

BL054686, of Bethlehem, Northampton County, was suspended for failing to pay a previously imposed civil penalty. (10/13/21) PA board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers Somerset County Christopher David Neal, license no. LAT000611 of Somerset, Somerset County, was levied a civil penalty of $2,800; because he failed to complete at least 28 classroom hours of continuing education. AJ001597P, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, permanently voluntarily surrendered his license and certification, because he engaged in unprofessional conduct by continuing to practice chiropractic or by indicating the ability to practice chiropractic while his license was unregistered. (11/29/21) PA board of Cosmetology Allegheny County Myelle Crosby, license no. CO301637 of Turtle Creek, Allegheny County, was suspended for two years, immediately stayed in favor of probation, levied a civil penalty of $250; and received a reprimand on her permanent DISCIPLINARY record with the board , because she violated a lawful DISCIPLINARY order of the board and failed to report within 30 days, a finding or verdict of guilt, an admission of guilt, a plea of nolo contendere, probation without verdict, a disposition in lieu of trial or an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition of a felony or misdemeanor offense.
