The EIC is comprised of the company's most senior leaders and provides oversight of our DIVERSITY and INCLUSION programs and initiatives. A Quarterly DIVERSITY Dashboard, including updates on key DIVERSITY metrics and progress related to our culture, talent and marketplace initiatives, is reviewed by EIC members.
