1 Page 1 dmsi Uninstallation It is recommended that you print out these instructions before you begin. 1. Exit the current version of dmsi : a. Go to the System Tray in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. b. Use your mouse pointer to hover over the icons to locate Infomedia dmsi . c. Right click on the Infomedia dmsi icon and click Exit. Page 2 2. Perform the Uninstallation of Infomedia dmsi : a. Click on the Windows start bar. b. Click on Control Panel. c. Double click on Programs (Title of icon may differ slightly from your version of windows.) d. Locate the dmsi in the list of installed programs. a. Right-click and select uninstall. Note: Click Yes or Allow as required. Page 3 3. Ensure the Uninstall was successful and all files have been removed: a. Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer b. Navigate to C:\Program Files. Maybe located under C:\Program Files (x86) depending on your version of windows. c. Delete any files that remain after Uninstallation .
2 You do not have to delete the Infomedia folder, if it exists. 4. Proceed to the landing page and install the current version of the dmsi .
