3 With the exception of Boiler ExternalPiping, that are subject to the Alberta Safety Codes Act and , repair and alteration of Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and Fittings are notwithin the scope of this manual. Therefore, Dobson Oilfield Services (1993) engage in these (i)Pressure piping(a)that does not exceed DN 50, (NPS 2),(b)that has a maximum allowable working pressure not exceeding 1035kilopascals (150 psi),(c)that has a design temperature between minus 29 degrees Celsius (-20 F)and 186 degrees Celsius, (366 F),(d)that contains air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, steam(e)that contains steam or hot water that is not in boiler external piping and,(f)

4 That is constructed to applicable ASME Code,is exempt from all the other requirements of the Pressure Equipment SafetyRegulation except Section 35 and therefore, this Quality Management System manualis not a requirement for construction, repair, or alteration of the pressure piping.(ii)The Pressure Equipment Safety Regulation does not apply to the following:(a) a pressure piping system that is fully vented or operating with one or morepressure relief devices with set pressure not exceeding 103 kilopascals,(15psi) and sized so that the operating pressure cannot exceed 103kilopascals, (15psi),(b) does not have a differential pressure on the pressure boundary exceeding103 kilopascals.

5 And therefore this Quality Management System manual is not a requirementforconstruction, repair, or alteration of the pressure OilfieldServicesRevision 0 May 19, 2007 Section 1 Page1 of1_____SECTION 1 TABLE OF CONTENTS4thEditionSECTION A TITLE B COPY OF CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION C QUALITY SYSTEM MANUAL D SCOPE OF 1 SECTION E STATEMENT OF 1 TABLE OF 2 REVISION 3 ORGANIZATION 4 5 MANUAL 1 EXHIBIT TRANSMITTALSECTION 6 CONTRACT REVIEW 7 DOCUMENT CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR OR ALTERATION SPECIFICATION 8 MATERIAL CODE FOR PIPE AND 9 EXAMINATION AND INSPECTION PIPING EXAMINATION AND INSPECTION 10 Welding Operators LOG 12 NONDESTRUCTIVE 13 HEAT TREATMENT 14 MEASURING AND TEST 1 SECTION 15 PRESSURE 1 EXHIBIT FOR THE PREPARATION OF PNEUMATIC TESTING TEST EXAMINATION , 5 SECTION 16 RECORD 17 APPENDIX Oilfield ServicesRevision 0 May 19, 2007 Section 3 Page1 of1_____SECTION 3 ORGANIZATION CHARTNOTE:More than one position may be held by one person.
