Updated January 17, 2018 GENERAL POLICY godfather s Pizza, Inc. is committed to positively impacting the communities it serves by providing assistance to local schools, churches, organizations and charities. The following Donation Request Policy has been developed as a way to create consistency and fairness to organizations that ask for godfather s Pizza, Inc. s support. Since we receive a large volume of requests, please be aware that we attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible and cannot guarantee that every Donation Request will be met. Donation GUIDELINES: We receive many Donation requests every day. Pleaseallow for 2 to 3 weeks prior to your deadline forconsideration. Attach written Request on letterhead (form is stillrequired) or an affiliated email address to yourorganization. We cannot handle requests by phone, directly at therestaurant or on behalf of a franchise location.

2 We do not accept cash Donation requests or personalrequests. What we can help with are fundraising, prizes,gift cards, food donations, and sponsorships for non-profit Approved Requests: The approved Donation will bemailed to the mailing address provided in the note that Donation requests are fulfilled throughthe godfather s Pizza, Inc. corporate office and not yourlocal store. Declined Requests: The requesting organization willreceive notification via e-mail indicating the Request hasbeen declined. godfather s Pizza, Inc. only handles Donation requests forcorporately-owned stores. If the location of your event isclosest to a franchised store, we will notify you; you willneed to contact the store manager/owner directly. All Donation decisions made by godfather s Pizza are finaland will be mailed according to the date of the eventand/or date Donation is needed.
