5 If inhaled : If inhaled, remove to fresh air. Get medical attention. In case of skin contact : In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water. In order to prevent a fire hazard, as bonding and grounding may be insufficient to remove static electricity, it is necessary to provide an inert gas purge before beginning transfer operations. Restrict flow velocity in order to reduce the accumulation of static electricity.
