2 The advance technology of the DPMS replaces traditional transducers that require onetransducer for each DPMS can be configured to the exact measure-ment you need. Configuration is done easily withDPMSTalk configuration software. The DPMS makes an excellent back up strategy. Rather thanstocking numerous types and quantities of backuptransducers, you can now stock far fewer DPMS units, which can be quickly and easily configured toyour replacement needs. With MODBUS and DNPas standard protocols, connections have never beensimpler. The RS-485 port allows the Transducer tocommunicate directly to your equipment through amulti-drop configuration, saving you valuable inputports and the need for multiplexors.
3 Also included isa separate port to use with the DPMS-D optionalexternal Digital display. Not only is it easier forengineering, the DPMS will also save on wiring andvaluable panel TransducerDigital Power Measurement SystemFOR CONTROL, MONITORING, AND DATA ACQUISITIONDPMS Ordering InformationTYPICAL MODEL NUMBER (coded by color)Code DescriptionDPMS Digital Power Measurement SystemNominal VoltageP1 = 120VP3 = 480VP2 = 277VP4 = 69 VDPMS-P1-C5-A1-D0-R0 Analog OutputA0 = No AnalogA2 = 4-20 mAA1 = 0 + 1 mADigital OutputD0 = No ContactsD1 = Contact Outputs/KYZP rogramming KitR0 = No KitR1 = Kit with DPMS Talk Software and CableNominal CurrentC5 = 5 APOWER INSTRUMENTS255 North Union StreetRochester, NY 14605 Tel: : Power Instruments50 Fordham RoadWilmington, MA 01887 Tel.
