An applicant can have up to four of them on the face of their License , not including J07, J08, J09, J10, Annual Medical or Annual Vision. code Explanation B Corrective Lenses C Mechanical Aid attached to the car D Prosthetic Aid attached to the person E Automatic Transmission F Outside Mirror G Daylight Only H Limit to Employment I Limited only used by Driver Control J01 Outside Business Area J02 Restricted to Under 16 J03 No Freeway or Interstate Driving J04 Restricted to 25 Miles of Home J05 Within City Limits
