IMRON® POLYURETHANE ENAMEL ACTIVATION Shake Imron ® for at least 90 seconds on a Cyclone Paint Shaker before mixing. Add 3 parts Imron Enamel with 1 part 192S and mix thoroughly. Strain material prior to spray application.

Use up to 4 ounces per CONDITIONSDo not apply if material, substrate or ambient temperatureis less than 50 F (10 C) or above 110 F (43 C). Thesubstrate must be at least 5 F above the dew humidity should be below 90%.

4 APPLICATIONnThoroughly mix Imron Enamel prior to use of a Cyclone Paint Shaker is 3 parts Imron add 1 part 192S Imron Activator; up to4 ounces of 189S Imron Accelerator can be used toimprove dry siphon gun application, set air pressure to 50 - 55psi at the gun for solid colors, and 60 - 65 psi pressure pot set air pressure at 60 - 70 psi at thegun for solid colors, and 65 - 75 psi for metallics. Fluiddelivery should be set for 10 - 12 solid colors, apply a medium first coat. Allow totack up. Apply a second light-medium coat. Apply thethird coat medium to wet. The third coat can bereduced 15% with appropriate Imron Reducer.
