2 WA timing (10 sec & 4 min) under control of a Regional Judge. Shooting will be controlled by lights. Four archers & four faces per boss, two detail shooting: mixed lady/gent. The competitors at this record status shoot will be liable for drug testing and those approached to give samples must comply; if they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Juniors must have a parent or guardian sign the entry form to signify consent for their child being tested if approached. In line with Archery GB Child Protection Policy, anyone wishing to take photographs or video at the competition must register with the organiser. Medals Lady, Gent & team-of-three shooting 50m will be awarded at the end of the shoot. EAC members will not be eligible for awards. Archers shooting both sessions will only be eligible for a medal and/or team award for their first score (like an indoor shoot).

3 However, there will be a most improved award calculated over the two and the famous Eccles Wooden Spoon for the most deteriorated archer over the two rounds. Prepayment by cheque is essential to confirm a place. There will be drinks, ice-creams & snacks available all day. There will be a raffle immediately before the awards. Juniors: & The event is open to all bow types, but we would expect the majority of archers to shoot compound.
