3 Won Pat, AN ACT TO ADD A NEW TO CHAPTER 10 OF TITLE 8, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO THE STATUTE OF LIMITATION ON CRIMES OF FIRST OR SECOND DEGREE CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT. 1 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF GUAM: 2 Section 1. A new is hereby added to Chapter 10 of Title 8, Guam 3 Code Annotated, to read: 4 " No Limitation on Crimes of First or Second Degree 5 Criminal Sexual Conduct. 1 1 If the offense is a violation of or of Chapter 25, Title 9, 2 Guam Code Annotated, a prosecution of the offense may be commenced at 3 any time. This Section applies to any such offense except an offense the 4 prosecution of which would have been barred by or of this 5 Chapter on or before enactment of this Act." 6 Section 2. Effective Date.
