While the systemwas designed to be as user -friendly as possible, this document will cover the basic functions and instructions inusing the Hotels to Your ProfileYour first step in using eFAST is to add your hotel(s) to your profile. You can easily do this from the WelcomePage ( eFAST Home) by choosing the Add or delete a hotel from your list the eFAST user Hotels screen (below), you can add a hotel to your profile simply by entering theMARSHA code in the entry box below the table.

2 As you begin to type the MARSHA code, a hotel list willappear from which you can selecting the hotel, click ADD . The hotel will be saved to your profile and you can choose RETURN to return to the eFAST Home page (main hotel selection).Note: A hotel can be added to multiple user profiles (thus multiple Users can take action on the same hotel).Actions resulting in system-generated emails (to be covered later in this document) will be sent to all usersregistered to that hotel, regardless of which user generated the action. However, the system will register whichuser took which action in a history Your Hotel s Current eChannel (OTA) Participation StatusFrom your list of hotels on the eFAST Home page, simply select the hotel you wish to view.

3 You will bebrought to the Property Manager page for that BoxThe message box will include any recent messages for the hotel, including Participation Parity Alerts,Activation Notices, etc. To read the full text of each message, simply click on the [more] button on the righthand Program Box shows a list of all available programs for Marriott hotels to participate with. The statuscolumn shows the hotel s current status in each program:-Not Participating: the hotel has not yet signed up for this program-Started: The hotel has begun to complete the necessary forms but has not yet completed and/orsubmitted their forms for : While the submission has been received, the participation request has been put on hold due toan error.

4 Common errors include rates have not been loaded for the program, the W9/InternationalBanking form has not been received (Expedia only), etc. To view the reason, click on the red flagthat will appear in the Alert column on the right side of the : The hotel has submitted their forms for the program and an Activation request has beensent to the eChannel-Activated: eChannel has confirmed receipt of submission and the hotel has been activated in theprogramSubmitting You Hotel for Program Participation General OverviewTo access the Program Manager page for the eChannel program you would like to sign-up for, simply click onthe program name on the Property Manager screen (shown above).

5 This will bring you to the relevant ProgramManager On the below screen, you must first verify that the rates for the program have been loaded in accordancewith the eChannel s operational procedures (available on MGS) by checking the confirmation [more] for full message textHotel s current participation statusClick on Alert Flags to view alert detailsYou MUST check this box to view necessary forms to be you have confirmed that your rates have been loaded, all necessary forms for that program willappear. Please note that most forms are required but some will be marked as optional (specifically, theTravelocity and Orbitz Rate Spreadsheets, aka GRIDs ).

6 However, we highly recommend you view theinstructions (by choosing the [instructions] link from the table) in order to understand when the abovementioned forms need to be begin completing you forms, choose the form from the above shown list by clicking on the formname. The status column will show whether or not the form has been completed and/or After completing ALL required forms, you must still submit you participation request for activation. Bycompleting all required forms, the submission check-boxes and SUBMIT button will becomeavailable to you. Check each necessary check-box (confirming your hotel has been trained on programoperations and that you have reviewed the relevant operational procedures) and click the SUBMIT button to submit you request.

7 After choosing SUBMIT , you will be brought back to the PropertyManager page where the program status will change to Submitted . After forms have been completed, you MUST complete both check-boxes and click on SUBMITF ormsParticipation FormsParticipation forms are required for all eChannel programs. The forms request basic information on your hotelwhich will be sent to the eChannel account. While required fields are marked with a red star (*), we highlyrecommend that all information be completed to the best of your many cases, information will be pre-populated based on your profile/registration information as well as EPIC data pre-loaded into the eFAST : The eFAST user will be defaulted as the hotel contact for the eChannel program.

8 However, you canchange this information while completing the Participation Forms. Rate Request Spreadsheets (GRIDS)The Rate Request Spreadsheets (GRIDS) will be required for some programs and optional for others. Pleasereview the Operational Procedures for each program (available on MGS) as well as any instruction informationavailable in eFAST to determine whether or not this information needs to be completed when marked as Optional in : After initial submission and activation, the hotel may return to the Rate Request Spreadsheets to add,delete or edit rate request submissions at any time.

9 Step-by-Step GRID Instructions1. To view a sample entry within the GRID, choose the Show Example button. After reviewing example,choose Show Form Data to return to the GRID entry screen. add an entry, click on the ADD button. A new row will appear with some fields pre-populated,including hotel name, MARSHA, etc. Following the instructions as to which fields are required andwhich are optional, complete the entry. Be sure to scroll to the right with your browser scroll bar tomake sure all fields are completed. After completing the entry, choose SAVE .3. If you have additional rate programs to submit, repeat Step 2 delete a current or previous entry, click on the row to be deleted and choose DELETE.

10 The rowwill be removed from your entries and the removal will be communicated to the appropriate Edit a previously submitted entry, simply select the row, edit the information and choose SAVE .The updated rate program will be submitted to the relevant eChannels If you are finished with your entries, choose RETURN to return to the Program browser to the right to view additional fields needing completionExpedia s W9 and International Banking FormTo be considered for participation in their programs, Expedia requires the submission of the IRS W9 form ( ) or the International Banking Form ( hotels).
