2 EGGER s commitment to sustainability and theenvironment includes using timber only from renewablesources and utilising sawmill residue that would otherwise be wasted. Via our own recycling company Timberpak we recycle residues from furniture makers, the construction industry and packaging EGGER UK manufactured products are certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) which providesindependent accreditation that the wood used is sourced from well managed, sustainable forests. The EGGERG roup is certified under ISO 9001:2000 ensuring consistently high production standards each and every time. 4 Ideal as afloor across joists, Weyroc Protect can be exposed to the elements for up to 42 days duringthe BUILDING process and can be laid during light rain thus reducing weather related stoppagesand resulting in speedier completions. When glued properly with Weyroc D4 Adhesive (see page 5), Weyroc Protect requires no sealing tape, leaving you with a fullysealed working deck. This finished deck protects against site spoil, impact, wear and tear of heavy site traffic and Protect s unique anti-slip surface provides additional foot holding in wet and dry conditions which is of significantbenefit to site safety. Weyroc Protect is the ideal solution for builders requiring a safe working platform during house Protect meets Health and Safety requirements and current Part E/L requirements (Part J/H in Scotland).Weyroc Protect is the only board that we recommend to be left exposed to the elements during the buildingprocess.

The Rapid Deck system involves bonding Weyroc Protect board to the joists usingWeyroc D4 Adhesive. By eliminating the use of nails the strength of the board is increased,*whilst squeaks associated with mechanical fixings are Deck also reduces weather related stoppages as it is BBA certified to be laid in lightrain conditions. 7 It hasoptimum viscosity for speed of delivery and minimum waste saving you time and money with noneed for costly D4 Adhesive has been specifically designed for use with the Rapid Deck system (seeabove). It is fully compliant with BS EN 204/D4 and the Rapid Deck system is BBA certifiedfor use in light rain conditions. Weyroc D4 Adhesive is designed to bond Weyroc Protect tothe joist and also to bond the tongue and groove of the chipboard. The foaming action of the Weyroc D4 Adhesive has gap filling properties which fix the board to the joist securely.
