The best file format to use for printing a logo is .eps or .pdf as they will print true to color (CMYK) and the correct resolution (300 DPI) for print. The best file format to use for creating large posters or banners are .eps files. The .eps files provided can be sized up or down without distortion. Do not resave from one format to another or try to enlarge a lo resolution logo as this will result in distortion. Always check with a printer or designer if you have questions or concerns about the resolution of a logo. EXCEPTION: The provided .eps files that have RGB on the end of the name are for digital printing.

5 The logos with words below should never be sized smaller than 2 centimeters tall, or parts of the logos will not be visible. The logos with words to the right should never be sized smaller than 5 centimeters wide. The logos without words should never be sized smaller than 1 centimeter tall. HOW DO I DISPLAY MULTIPLE LOGOS TOGETHER? The logos can be displayed individually or in any combination to reflect the programs offered in the local community. Each of the four logos is unique in dimension. When placing more than one of these logos together, make sure the section of each logo with the words THE UPPER ROOM is the same size on each logo. This will help balance all four logos when shown together. We do not recommend enlarging one or more logos.
6 When using multiple logos, arrange the logos in the order that best suits the particular program need. For general, inclusive Em-maus family program needs, the recommended but not required order is as follows: Walk to Emmaus , Chrysalis, Journey to the Table, and Face to Face. When arranging the logos in a horizontal row include equal white space between them as well as objects next to them or around them as show above. When stacking the logos vertically, include equal white space as shown. Make the ovals on the Face to Face logo and the Walk to Emmaus logos equal in size. When arranging the logos in a square, align the THE UPPER ROOM words of the logos and include white space between them and other objects around them as demonstrated on the cover of this Branding any questions or suggestions about the logos, please contact the International Emmaus Office at
