By just entering in a competitor's item number, Empower will Reference the item Essendant sells. The Product Search Chapter describes just how easy and powerful the new Competitor Cross Reference functionality is. Shopping List Create several lists to store frequently purchased items that can be converted to an order at a later date Ordering, Invoice and Purchase History Features Empower offers a more seamless ordering process with our intuitive website design.

Customer Address Book you have the option to enter and save your customer's address allowing you to search for and use the address in future drop ship or wrap and label orders. Quickly add an item to an existing order. Add a suggested replacement right to your order. Find alternatives and substitutes when an item is not available. The Order Panel offers a way to quickly Reference your 7 most recent maintainable orders. Visual warning notification when your order is close to cut-off or has passed cut-off. View invoice history and save or print copies of your invoices and credit memos. Purchase history allows a search to be performed for previously purchased product Order Tracking capability Order Tracking has been added to Empower to provide UPS & PRO tracking details for your orders.

7 Backorder Features Backorder Management capabilities to view and maintain your backorders. Backorder Alerts let you know when stock is available to fill your backorder or inform your backorder has filled. Return/Credit Features Empower Central allows entry of returns and view the status of returns and credits generated by those returns. Accounts can be selected from the Account Panel on the Home Page - Use the drop down list or, - Type the account number directly into the search field The last account you selected will remain the selected account the next time you log in to Empower . Empower keeps the 8 most recently used account #'s in the drop down box limiting the need to search for the accounts you use most often. The Home Page also displays: - An order panel providing Quick access to information on your recent maintainable orders, details in the Orders chapter. - Alerts providing information about your backorders or system updates.
