Preparation of filled albodur Formulation Typical batch quantities of albodur consist of 1 - 2 of the formulation being prepared in the factory. The formulation quantity of albodur is charged from the delivered 200 l iron drum into a clean and dry container. For optimal performance, please use a vacuum dissolver. 2. Surface Preparation The substrate surface must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease. Remove any loose material. Mechanical cleaning equipment is recommended. Residual humidity should always to be measured - preferably using a C-aqua meter and should be less than 3% in a depth of 2 cm.
