The Paint Box Guild members are exhibiting October 1-30 at Goodson Recreation Center, 6315 S. University Blvd., Centennial, Their displays contain landscapes and portraits in acrylics, watercolor and pastels. Darlene Kuhne is showing her work October 1-30 at Douglas H. Buck Recreation Center, 2004 W. Powers, Littleton, She describes herself as an abstract expressionist color field painter creating acrylic & mixed media always changing and evolving. Janet Ford s exhibit , A Little Bit Wild, will mostly be in acrylic and pastels. She paints animals predominately found in Colorado.

2 Her work is displaying October 1-30 at Lone Tree Recreation Center, 10249 Ridgegate Circle, Lone Tree, Richard Long is a watercolor portrait artist working with masking tape on watercolor paper. His work is displayed at Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel, 9808 Sunningdale Blvd., Lone Tree, until January 4, 2016. Explore his unique watercolor portraits which include characters from the Wizard of Oz, sports figures, Mickey and Minnie and many others. south suburban s Public Art Committee encourages Colorado Artists to submit an application and fill out a questionnaire to display their artwork on a Temporary basis at various south suburban recreation facilities .
