1 Enterprise Attachment Transfer Service Quick Start Guide Welcome to Enterprise Attachment Transfer Service (EATS). Connecting to EATS In order to connect to the EATS Service , simply type in the following link into your Internet browser You can connect to EATS either from your office computer or any other computer. Your EATS Account If you are an EES user an account will be created for you automatically when you use the Service the first time.

2 Your username will be your email address ( and your password will be the same as the one you use to login to your desktop. If you send a large Attachment to an external (Internet) user they will also need a username and password to access EATS to pick up the Attachment you sent them. When you send them a large Attachment via EATS, they will receive an email with a link in it inviting them to auto register for an EATS account. Their user name will be their email address (the address you sent the Attachment to) and they will be asked to create a password.)

3 Once they log into EATS they will be able to obtain the Attachment you sent them. Sending a large Attachment Select Send File from the menu tabs after you logged into EATS (see screenshot below). To send a large Attachment to another user, please fill in the following fields To: Enter the recipient email address. Use comma or semicolon to separate multiple recipients and maximum number of recipients should not exceed 40. Use the Auto Complete function by typing the first few address characters to send to email addresses that you have already sent files using EATS.

4 Click on Add CC and/or Add BCC , to add CC and/or BCC recipients. Subject/Body Text: Enter the subject and message you want for the email Attachments: Select the files to send using the steps outlined below. a. Click Browse to open the Choose File dialog box for your local system b. Highlight the file to attach c. Click Open to attach d. Click on Browse again if you wish to upload more files e. Click on [remove] if you wish to remove a file A progress bar will indicate the Attachment upload progress.

5 Once you have filled in the TO, Subject, Attachments and message fields click Send to send your large Attachment . A Sent Mail confirmation window will appear upon completion of file upload and message sent.
