2 EnvironmentalComplianceCertif icate(ECC)is a document issuedbytheDENR/EMB aftera positiv e reviewof anECCapplication,certif yingthatbasedontherepresentations of the proponent, the proposed project or undertaking has complied withalltherequirements oftheEIS System andhascommittedto implement its approvedEnvironmental ManagementPlan,EMPto address 'sInformationListof conditionswithinEMBmandateListof recommendationpertainingcompliance/ satisfaction to concerned LGUs/agencies/ idityECC is validthroughouttheentireproject lif etimeprovided:1.
