POTTER received his in Electrical ENGINEERING with emphasis in Power Systems from San Diego State University in 1991. He has over 14 years of experience in power systems analysis and the application of computer Software used in the modeling of electrical distribution systems.

4 Mr. Potter began his career in 1991 with SKM Systems Analysis, Inc. where he specialized in the areas of overcurrent coordination and the modeling of protective devices in the CAPTOR library. This work included creating and validating the protective device product lines for a wide variety of electrical manufacturers throughout the world. Mr. Potter annually prepares and teaches several seminars about the use of electrical distribution Software as applied to industrial and commercial power systems. He also provides teaching support at the University of Wisconsin, Madison through ENGINEERING Professional Development. In 2005 Mr. Potter began work as a private consultant. He is a member of IEEE. _____ Software Fundamentals COURSE REGISTRATION The registration deadline is four weeks prior to the date of the seminar.
