2 The airlines will limit the number of seatsavailable at these prices by flight and date of travel. If the price shown inthe brochure is not available when you book, we will offer you the nextbest seat price. Our prices are affected by changes in these costs(see section 'Extra Charges - before booking').Airline Services:A number of airlines that we offer no longer includemeals or luggage allowance within the basic price offered. Passports & Visa Checklist British Citizen s holding a 10-year UK passport (5 years for children),issued in the UK should note that some overseas countries have animmigration requirement for a passport to remain valid for a minimumperiod after the date of entry to that country (typically 6 months). Non-British Citizen passport holders or British Citizens holding a UKPassport issued abroad or holders of British Subject Passports shouldcontact the appropriate consulate or embassy for advice. Passport and visa regulations can change - check with your TravelAdvisor or the relevant embassy well in advance of travel.

8 Apply early: If you need to apply for a passport or renew an expiredpassport, you should do so well in advance of travel. If you are 16 or over and have never had a passport in your ownname, you should apply for one in good time before booking yourholiday. The UK passport service has to confirm your identity beforeissuing your first passport and will ask you to attend an interview in orderto protect your identity. If a visa is required, allow plenty of time to apply. Your passport mayneed a minimum number of blank pages - check with the FCO. You may not be able to travel and insurance may be invalid if thenames on your passport and travel documents do not match. If anymember of your party changes their name, we must be notifiedimmediately so that we can change booking documentation.

9 All passengers must ensure they have valid, acceptable passports, anyrequired visa, any other documentation for both the final destination andany stop-off points en-route. Ensure advanced passenger information is submitted in advance oftravel for all destinations. Failure to hold correct documentation or submitting incorrect detailswith advanced passenger information or visa applications may result inrefusal of carriage or entry to a country. If you do not have the correctdocumentation you may be refused travel by the airline. You may be liable to pay fines, surcharges, other financial penalty,costs (including the cost of an immediate return flight) and any other sumsof any description, which are incurred or imposed by the airline orincurred by to contact the Passport Office:General passport enquiries shouldbe directed to the Passport Office.
