We are not liable to you for any problems orcomplaints you may have as a result of holiday details having beennoted incorrectly if you do not advise us of these prior to 1 HOLIDAY PRICEST ravel & Stay Options & PricesHoliday prices are influenced by a variety of factors particularlydepending on the type of travel option you book. It is not possible toshow the supplements and fares for all our different travel arrangementsdue the range of options available. We can usually offer you a choice oftravel options and dates/times of travel. You will also find our transportproviders may offer a choice of seat classes or upgrade options yourtravel agent will be able to confirm the current Flights:the prices we show for scheduled flights are basedupon the lowest fare available.

2 The airlines will limit the number of seatsavailable at these prices by flight and date of travel. If the price shown inthe brochure is not available when you book, we will offer you the nextbest seat price. The price includes current taxes (such as air passengerduty), aircraft insurance, security, fuel and other associated costs knownat the time of booking. Our prices are affected by changes in these costs(see section 'Extra Charges - before booking').Airline Services:A number of airlines that we offer no longer includemeals or luggage allowance within the basic price offered. Please ask usfor specific details at the time of booking. Airline Failure Protection: a charge made by us on all our holidays thatinclude a flight so that in the event the Airline on which you are due totravel ceases to trade, we are able to arrange alternative flights (ifavailable) or issue you with a refund, as Charges - Before BookingThe prices shown are based on current airfares including fuel reserve the right to change prices prior to ticketing and we mustreserve the right to increase prices due to changes in fuel costs or will advise you of the current price at the time of booking and we willabsorb any increase of less than 2% of your holiday price.

Departure Airport Taxes: Where applicable, all UK and overseas taxeshave been included in your holiday price. The only overseas taxes wehave not included are those that must be paid in the respective countriesand cannot be collected prior to your UK departure. This will includetourism enhancement fees or some passenger service Supplements & RestrictionsHotel prices are shown per person (based on two people sharing) in astandard twin or double room for the number of nights as stated in theaccommodation description. The lowest available rates are displayed butplease allow for supplements depending on the dates you stay.

4 Priceswill vary depending on, for example, peak periods, weekend/midweekstays, local holidays, special events and the room type you may also require a minimum length of stay at certain times of theyear. Please ask your travel agent for prices and any minimum stayrestrictions applying on the day you book. We reserve the right tochange prices. Prices can go up or ChargesAt some accommodation certain amenities may carry a local we have stated that a service or facility is free in ouraccommodation descriptions, you may be asked to pay a charge. Hereare a few examples of what you might expect to pay for locally, butalways check first as there may be others. A daily resort fee or an additional charge for sun loungers maybeapplicable. Complimentary Room UpgradesWhere applicable and unless otherwise stated, offers of room upgradesshown in the brochure will be determined by availability when you traveland your room will be allocated on arrival at the accommodation.

7 If yourroom is upgraded, please note that this will not necessarily be to the nexthighest category featured in our brochure, as we do not sell all room typesat all hotels. Room upgrades are subject to availability on arrival. Passports & Visa Checklist British Citizen s holding a 10-year UK passport (5 years for children),issued in the UK should note that some overseas countries have animmigration requirement for a passport to remain valid for a minimumperiod after the date of entry to that country (typically 6 months). Non-British Citizen passport holders or British Citizens holding a UKPassport issued abroad or holders of British Subject Passports shouldcontact the appropriate consulate or embassy for advice. Passport and visa regulations can change - check with your TravelAdvisor or the relevant embassy well in advance of travel.

8 Apply early: If you need to apply for a passport or renew an expiredpassport, you should do so well in advance of travel. If you are 16 or over and have never had a passport in your ownname, you should apply for one in good time before booking yourholiday. The UK passport service has to confirm your identity beforeissuing your first passport and will ask you to attend an interview in orderto protect your identity. If a visa is required, allow plenty of time to apply. Your passport mayneed a minimum number of blank pages - check with the FCO. You may not be able to travel and insurance may be invalid if thenames on your passport and travel documents do not match. If anymember of your party changes their name, we must be notifiedimmediately so that we can change booking documentation.

9 All passengers must ensure they have valid, acceptable passports, anyrequired visa, any other documentation for both the final destination andany stop-off points en-route. Ensure advanced passenger information is submitted in advance oftravel for all destinations. Failure to hold correct documentation or submitting incorrect detailswith advanced passenger information or visa applications may result inrefusal of carriage or entry to a country. If you do not have the correctdocumentation you may be refused travel by the airline. You may be liable to pay fines, surcharges, other financial penalty,costs (including the cost of an immediate return flight) and any other sumsof any description, which are incurred or imposed by the airline orincurred by to contact the Passport Office:General passport enquiries shouldbe directed to the Passport Office.
