The Additives listed below are Additives considered as existing products within the meaning of Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 and for which no application for re-evaluation was submitted by 8 November 2010. In accordance with Article 10(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003, the deadline of 8 November 2010 for submitting an application for re-evaluation applied to the following existing products: - products which were authorised pursuant to Directive 70/524/EEC without a time limit; - products which were authorised pursuant to Directive 82/471/EEC.

4 In accordance with Article 10(7) of the same Regulation, the deadline of 8 November 2010 also applied to products used as silage Additives .
