1 How to use the Evoko meeting room screens Evoko meeting rooms Introducing the new meeting room touch screens - Evoko New Evoko touch screens have been installed outside our meeting rooms in Link House, Poole. Booking these meetings rooms hasn t changed, you can check the room availability in Outlook and book them as normal. You will now be required to check in to the meeting rooms, so that rooms not being used (even though they were booked) can be freed up for others to use.

2 These Evoko touch screens will help us make good use of our meeting space and boost productivity. This guide covers how to: use the Evoko screen check-in to a meeting room use the Evoko screen to book an instant meeting in the meeting room Passive and Active modes in the Evoko screen When the Evoko screen is not in use it will be in passive mode, showing an overview. When you move closer it will automatically go into active mode. 3 The room , then 5 minutes prior to your meeting starting an amber CHECK-IN button will appear on the screen. You need to press this button to confirm your meeting room booking. If there is a preceding meeting in the room , then the amber CHECK-IN button will appear at the start time of your meeting You have 15 minutes after the start time of your meeting in which to press the amber CHECK-IN button. If you do not press the button, then the remainder of the booking will be cancelled, and the room will become free for others to book Tap Check In How to book and instant meeting If the room is showing as free, tap Instant meeting to book it Evoko will automatically book a meeting for one hour (rounding to closest 15 min period)
