EWC Income Eligibility Guidelines Effective April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023, Every Woman Counts (EWC) providers are to use the following Income Guidelines when determining recipient Eligibility for EWC. Providers should disregard all previous Income Eligibility guideline charts. EWC recipients must have a household Income at or below 200 percent of the federal Health and Human Services (HHS) poverty Guidelines . The HHS poverty Guidelines are adjusted annually. Gross household Income means Income before taxes and other deductions. EWC Income Eligibility Guidelines 200 Percent of the 2022 HHS Poverty Guidelines by household Size Effective April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. Number of Persons Monthly Gross household Annual Gross household Living in household Income Income (In dollars) (In dollars). 1 2265 27,180. 2 3052 36,620. 3 3838 46,060. 4 4625 55,500. 5 5412 64,940. 6 6198 74,380. 7 6985 83,820.
