1 Exam timetable May/June 2019. AL. A-level, AS, Level 3 certificates, functional skills , FSMQ (Advanced, including pilot), AQA Baccalaureate, Level 3 Extended Project, Applied General and TVQ. General notes N. 1. A-level and AS exams are timetabled in common exam slots agreed by all exam boards under the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ). O. 2. Each exam must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable . The published starting time of all exams is either or Students taking more than one exam in a session should take these consecutively. At the discretion of the school/college a supervised break may be given between the exams taken consecutively. SI. 3. Schools/colleges may start an exam up to 30 minutes before the published starting time without notifying AQA.

2 4. Schools/colleges may delay the starting time of an exam by up to 30 minutes later than the published starting time without notifying AQA. VI. 5. For information on any other timetable variations, please refer to the JCQ Instructions for conducting examinations or contact Customer services. 6. Students must remain under supervision until for morning exams and for afternoon exams. For exams of less than one hour's duration, students must remain under supervision for a O. period equal to the duration of the exam after the published starting time shown on the timetable . 7. Some components require the issue of question papers, stimulus material or other information in advance of the normal timetable period. Schools/colleges should check the specification for information on the material required by students.

3 PR. 8. Any reading time allowed for an exam is included in the time specified. 9. Schools/colleges must arrange practical and oral units according to the procedures given on the relevant subject page of our website. Such units are shown only on the Subject and product list'. pages of this document. Private Candidates will need to find an AQA-approved school or college who will take responsibility for all aspects of qualification delivery. This includes supervising, authenticating, standardising and marking all non-exam assessment (NEA) work. The externally set assignments for AS Dance and A-level Dance will be dispatched to schools/colleges for issue on or after 15 September 2018, visits for the practical exams will take place between 1 March 2019 and 30 May 2019. 15. Case Study Source Material for A-level General Studies unit GENA4 should be issued to students on O. or after 1 March 2019. 16. New Modern Foreign Language speaking tests must be conducted between 23 April 2019 and 24.
