You need to register as a member with FGASA at least TWO months before being allowed to write the FGASA exams. 2. You need to be 18 years or older in order to write any of the FGASA exams. 3. Complete all sections of the form CLEARLY. 4. This form as well as proof of payment needs to reach the FGASA office BEFORE the closing date for the exam. 5. When making a payment/deposit CLEARLY state your membership number so that your payment can be located on the bank statement. 6. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
2 7. Make sure your cellphone details are correct in order for an SMS to be sent to you regarding your exam and venue confirmation. 8. You cannot change your venue after the exam closing date unless you change it to the Johannesburg venue. 9. Ensure that you have the relevant FGASA learner manual and workbook for your exam preparation. 10. If you are writing level 2 or 3 your logbook needs to be signed off by the FGASA office BEFORE the exam. 11. Oral exams will not take place on the same day as a national exam sitting date. (Apply with reasons to the Johannesburg office for an oral exam on another date).
