2 Please see infor-mation accompanying this brochure. CONTINUING EDUCATION All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance for clock hours. Application has been made to NAMSS for hours of continuing education credit. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY If cancellations are received after April 13, $40 of the registration fee is refundable. Registrants who cancel the day of the program, or fail to attend, must pay the entire fee. Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member, the non-member registration fee will be required. Registra-tions that are faxed are subject to the same cancella-tion policy. All cancellations must be received in writ-ing by ArkAMSS. FACULTY Angie Meehleder is the quality assurance/customer service manager for the Arkansas State Medical board (ASMB).

3 Her main responsibility during her 20 years at the ASMB has been in handling NCQA compliance, quality assurance/improvement, training, writing policies and procedures, maintaining process compliance and handling customer service. She has over 34-years experience in writing policies and proce-dures, handling physician recruitment, training, compliance and quality assurance/improvement toward The Joint Commission and OSHA for an acute care for-fee hospital, a 700+ mining opera-tion and a cancer research center. Faith E. Rhoades, MMHC, CPMSM, CPCS, FMSP is director of Medical Staff services at Huntsville Hospital, the second largest hospital in Alabama, and the sixth largest publically owned hospital in the nation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Masters in Management of Healthcare from Van-derbilt University.

4 Her more than 35 years expe-rience in the fields of Medical Staff management and leadership development includes service as president of the Alabama Association of Medical Staff Services, member of the NAMSS Bylaws, Industry and Government Relations and Mem-bership Committees, member-at-large on the NAMSS board and NAMSS instructor. Kristie Taylor, MBA, CPCS is the credentialing manager at Arkansas Children s Hospital. Kristie coordinates peer review and ongoing profession-al practice evaluation for over 500 LIPs. She has more than 10 years experience in Medical Staff credentialing, contracting, committees, peer review and professional practice evalu-aion. Kristie currently serves as president-elect of the Arkansas Association for Medical Staff Ser-vices and is a member of the National Associa-tion of Medical Staff Services.
