Faircloth-to-RAD Conversions - HUD
• Converting the assistance from public housing to Section 8 through the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program once the new units have been entered into the PIH Information Center (PIC). This conversion type is referred to as a “Faircloth-to-RAD” conversion.
