Access to all members of CM, F&O and CDS segments Access to members using NOW trading software On-line password reset facility for all C2N applications (NOTIS, Extranet, Margins, NCMS, CIM, ) across segments Facility of online addition/deactivation of IPs / services Provision to view/download Status Report Email confirmation of activities done 2. what activities can a member perform with the new C2N Utilities ? 2 Do members require a different link and/or change any internet / security settings to access the new C2N Utilities ? Members can access new C2N Utilities using the existing link and internet settings. 4. How can members access C2N applications? Members can access C2N applications either through an Internet connection having a Static IP or through a Category S leased line. For details regarding procurement of Category S lease line, members may contact Membership Department on +91-022-26598249. 5. Can members of any segment log in? Yes. Members of any segment viz. CM, F&O and CDS can now log in using the 5 digit Member code and the password of the Corporate Manager User.

3 6. How do members using NOW log into the C2N Utilities ? NOW users can log in using the NOW ADMIN user id and its password. 7. Will the existing user Ids and passwords of the members work in the new C2N Utilities ? All the existing user ids and pass words will work in the new C2N Utilities . Password for Admin Users of Margins and Extranet will be reset to Connect2NSE on launch date. Members logging in for the first time in these two applications should change the password to one of their choice. 8. what will be the default password when the member resets the password through the C2N Utilities ? In the new C2N Utilities , members are permitted to reset a password of their own choice for ADMIN user.

4 9. Will there be any impact on the location codes for Extranet and Margins application? In the new C2N Utilities , location code concept will be discarded. 10. Will Admin User password for Extranet and Margins undergo a change? The ADMIN User s password shall be reset to Connect2NSE on launch date. Members will have to reset the ADMIN User password on first time login. 11. Do I need to contact the exchange for C2N services? Yes. Member will be required to contact the exchange only for the first time creation of an Admin User for various applications under C2N. 12. 5 13. Is it mandatory for the member to register atleast one service when a new IP is being registered? Yes. It is necessary to register at least one service when a new IP is being registered. 14. Will the member receive any confirmation for the activities done in new C2N Utilities ? Members will receive an automatic confirmation of activities done (except password reset) through an email to the email ID registered in member profile. 15. How do I access C2N applications from multiple locations? Members can create multiple sub-users under the Admin User in C2N applications within certain limits (NCMS 4, Margins -3 and Extranet 3). Further, any user-password combination can login from all IPs registered for the service.

6 16. what are the charges applicable for C2N applications? Members are charged Rs lacs per annum (Excluding Service tax and other statutory levies) for premium services viz. Margins (CM and F&O). Other applications under C2N are currently not chargeable. 17. How are the charges for premium services computed? Premium services are charged on per IP basis (excluding leased line charges, if any) for every half month or part there of. 18. Does the removal of an IP through C2N Utilities result in physical surrender of category S leased line? Removal of IP through C2N Utilities will not result in surrender of category S leased lines and hence leased line charges will continue to accrue.
