CAPITAL LEVY FOR THE 2018 ACADEMIC YEAR The levy will be billed per family per term, and to the youngest sibling where applicable. * The Levy is billed termly and is payable in 10 instalments commencing on 1 February 2018 . ** The Levy for Grade 12 is billed and is payable over three terms or 9 instalments. NOTES tuition fees and the levy may be paid by way of monthly Debit Order per the above SCHEDULE , on request. Annual tuition and boarding fees per the above SCHEDULE are subject to payment in full by the 31st January 2018 . All fees are payable in advance, on the first day of each term, and are not reduced on account of ill health or absence for any other cause. Overdue fees will attract a surcharge, which will be strictly enforced.

3 IMPORTANT: In terms of our contractual agreement, the School reserves the right to refuse entry or to require a pupil to leave the School should amounts not be paid by the due date. A full term s notice of intention to withdraw a pupil must be given in writing to the Head not later than the first day of term at the end of which the pupil is withdrawn. Any late notification will attract an extra term s fee as a charge in lieu of an adequate notice period in addition to the normal fees of the term in which notice is given. An excellent accident medical insurance scheme is in place and is included in the above fees . Further details are obtainable from the fees office on phone number (021) 670-7519. The following electives may be charged to the school s fees account by mutual agreement: Art Club - Reception to Grade 7 Music Piano, orchestral instruments, Guitar, singing and drum kits/percussion Aftercare - Prep only Learning Support Lessons As required, by mutual arrangement SPECIFIC ELECTIVE EXTRAS (REQUIRING ADDITIONAL PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER) ARE ALSO AVAILABLE A full term s notice of intention to withdraw a pupil from an elective extra must be given in writing to the service provider not later than the first day of term at the end of which the pupil is withdrawn.
