Fiber Rapid Fulfillment Program - PanGen Solutions

1 Fiber Rapid Fulfillment ProgramIn Stock Fiber Cuts and Ships Same DayBy requesting the Fiber Rapid Fulfillment Program , if you order a stock Fiber item before 10:30am, it will cut and ship same day. If it is ordered after 10:30am, it will ship the next day. 1. The Program is limited to the Chino, California and Lebanon, Indiana warehouses. If cut volume were to exceed manning capacity, we reserve the right to cut off Fiber Rapid Fulfillment for the day. This will be managed by Inside Sales through a daily order count initially and eventually integrated into TMS. 2. All Fiber Rapid Fulfillment must be made by customer request and routed through the expedite portal. It must be time stamped prior to 10:30 EST for Lebanon, and 10:30 PST for Chino.

2 3. Customer must indicate Fiber Rapid Fulfillment on the PO. 4. Only the standatd stocking items listed here are eligbile for Fiber Rapid Per standard policy, the first three cut charges for Fiber optic cable are waived, with a $50 per cut charge thereafter. For Fiber Rapid Fulfillment , cut charges will apply to the first three cuts and will not be waived. 6. The Fiber Rapid Fulfillment Program is independent of our freight policy. All requests for expedited freight will follow the standard process and will remain unchanged. We are excited to offer this new value added service for our Fiber optic cables. We will be closely monitoring our performance on this new Program to ensure we meet out stringent service commitments.
