SPRING BLOOD DRIVE IS COMING IN 2 WEEKS The Deacons semi-annual blood drive has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 25th from 3:00-8:00PM. People in good health and who weigh at least 110 pounds are eligible to donate. Blood donors must be 17 years of age or older, but those who are 75+ must bring a doctors note stating that you are healthy and able to donate blood. Remember, you must wait 8 weeks between blood donations. Plan to come and support this important life-saving effort. If you like to bake .. but don t like the calories, then you can donate your yummy cookies or bars to the Deacons for this important mission. The donors will be most appreciative. A BRIGHT NIGHT FOR CHANGING LIVES We are collecting items for the upcoming Spring Auction Tricky Tray!

3 We will again be featuring a Tricky Tray basket raffle at this year's auction on May 13. Our last Tricky Tray brought in several hundred dollars for our mission projects, but we need your help to make it a success. Can you donate a gift card, gift certificate, or cash donation we can use to purchase items to raffle off? Perhaps you have new items you'd like to re-gift? We can use new, unopened items such as: purses, bath products, scarves, jewelry, sports memorabilia, DVDs, small electronics, toys, baby gifts or household items. Perhaps you'd like to join with another family and donate together? You could get together with two or more families to purchase a flat-screen television, bicycle, barbecue or fitbit. All families will be recognized in the program. Please drop off your donation at the box located near the Christian Ed desk. Questions? Reach out to Tricky Tray committee chairpersons: Liz Moore at 973-641-1732 or Kathy HELP OUR YOUTH!

4 SHARE GOD S COMPASSION SPREAD GOD S GOODNESS You can help our youth by supporting the 9th Annual Youth Mission Golf Tournament sponsored by the Deacons. The entire profit goes to fund the many service and mission projects undertaken by the young people of our church and community: helping elderly, poor & disabled families by working on home repairs and cleanup; sending care packages to our military overseas; participating in outstanding musical performances. These projects empower many young people of this community to reach beyond self, to serve and to share.
