1 Arms License Information System First Screen The website is in Unicode. It has facility to log on with the help of login link given on the left hand side. Public can view the status of their application for Arms license and status of already issued license from the link given on upper right side Reports for public view . Reports for Public View Report on status of Arm Licence (Available for public view by selecting licence no, police station, and year of licence) Status of New Application of Arm Licence (Status of new application is available for public view by giving the unique receipt no allotted by the Arms Licence section of a district administration) Login Screen (login accounts have been created for DM, ADM and administrator) Screen after logging in by the ADM section / Arms Licence section (Facility for data entry)

2 User logged in with specific role assigned to ADM section and can enter/modify the data of New application for Arms Licence, enter/modify the data of Arms licences and send SMS to the applicant for renewal of their Licence. Screen after logging in by the ADM section / Arms Licence section (Reports available) User with specific role can view the year wise, police station wise, Licensee name wise detailed list of Arms licences of the district. One can also view the detailed list of licences pending for renewal. Provision to print the checklist is also available. Data Entry Screen to feed Licences Similar to Screen for new application, facility is available to save to the new entry and modification of existing licences. It can also be done in the same module. Data Entry Screen for Renewal of Arms Licences The software has facility to send the SMS through the gateway of NIC when the arm licence is renewed or is due for renewal. Checklist Password Reset Form The application has facility to update the status of an Arm Licence from account having the specific role assigned to DM Data entry operator account . An arm licence may be suspended or cancelled by District Magistrate. In that case, the staff of DM can update the status and view its report using his own account. The user with State administrator role can create user, change password of any user of his state. Whereas the user with district administrator role can create user, change password of any user of his district. The overall administrator can create user, change password of any user and can backup/ restore the database.
