Allocations based on new data may result in significant changes from these preliminary Elementary and Secondary Education for the Disadvantaged Block Grant, final allocations will be reduced by the amount required to pay Fiscal year 2021 continuation costs for programs being Fiscal year 2021, Grants to Local Educational Agencies, Migrant Education , Neglected and Delinquent, Supporting Effective Instruction State Grants, 21st Centrury Community Learning Centers, Rural and Low-Income School Program, Small, Rural School Achievement Program, Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grants, English Language Acquisition State Grants, and Education for Homeless Children and Youths, Funding to continue the type of activities supported in prior years would be available through the proposed Elementary and Secondary Education for the Disadvantaged Block Grants to states , 2021 allocations assume enactment of the Administration's proposed appropriation language that authorizes the Department to calculate a State 's allocation without regard to a reduction in Funding in a prior year resulting from a failure to meet the maintenance of State financial support requirements in section 612 of the distributed from the Fiscal years above are based on the Pell Grant program's estimated cost as of December 2019.
