1 ENVIRO-SEAL and HIGH-SEALP acking Systems for sliding - stem valves (Live-Loaded) Fisher ENVIRO-SEAL and HIGH-SEAL live-loadedpacking Systems offer exceptional stem sealingcapabilities. These Systems easily install in yourexisting valves or can be purchased with new and HIGH-SEAL Packing Systems helpseal your process to conserve valuable process fluidand protect the environment against the emission ofhazardous or polluting fluids. The long life andreliability of these Systems also reduce yourmaintenance costs and process control applications requiring compliancewith mandated environmental protection regulations,the unique ENVIRO-SEAL Packing system and, forhazardous service, the ENVIRO-SEAL bellows sealsystem are offered. These Packing Systems keepfugitive emission concentrations below the 100 ppm(parts per million) requirement set by the federalEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA).

It is not necessary to reverse the PTFE Packing forENVIRO-SEAL PackingSystemsDo not lubricate ENVIRO-SEAL Packing components orthe bonnet bore prior to assembly. Lubrication is oftenused as part of standard valve assembly , lubrication is not required for theENVIRO-SEAL Packing is required for the Packing studs and it is important to properly lubricate the studthreads and internal nut threads, it is also important toproperly lubricate the contacting face of the Duplex andH2 Duplex PackingSystemsENVIRO-SEAL DuplexENVIRO-SEAL Duplex Packing Systems (figure 1) areavailable for Fisher sliding - stem valves with valve stemdiameters ranging from to mm (3/8 to 1-1/4inches).
