It is recommended that these procedures be carried out by a licenced workshop or tradesperson. 48166 1. Raise the front of the vehicle on support on chassis stands. Strut / Radius Rod 2. Undo the strut rod nut and the 4 retaining nuts from the chassis. 3. Remove the old strut rod bush from the vehicle and discard.

2 4. Lubricate end faces and internal bore only of the new bushes with grease provided, before assembly. 5. Fit new replacement bushes to vehicle and assemble with required spacers. 6. If replacing to STD specifications we would still recommend a wheel alignment be performed after fitment. 7. If setting vehicle up with other than STD settings we recommend a wheel alignment be performed immediately after FITTING . : All Spacers must be fitted to achieve correct thickness of assembled bush, and to ensure adjustment can be obtain in the future. : The caster adjustment procedure can be performed with the vehicle at normal ride height or on the wheel alignment machine.
