2 Note that this presentation is arranged primarily from the viewpoint of the inspector. FBC Advanced training : Residential Swimming Pools 1. Chapter 1: Administration Residential Code Chapter 41 of the Florida Building Code, Residential and Chapter 4 of the Building Code, Building provide code requirements for Residential swimming pools. The language in both chapters is the same with the exception that Chapter 4 of the Building Code, Building is more inclusive.
