Dr. Rosalind Hall, President and Board of directors Mission Statement Florida COUNCIL OF ADMINISTRATORS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION This Mission of Florida case is to provide leadership and support to members by shaping policies and practices which impact the quality of educational services for students eligible for exceptional student education.

7 The primary purpose of this organization is to examine and encourage active participation of special education issues in order to promote and advance special education interests and foster a spirit of cooperation between colleagues responsible for special and general education curriculum for all students. Florida case have extended our affiliation strength by uniting with other organizations representing leadership in education by partnering with the Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services; additional membership representation is provided through State and National Council of Exceptional Children and case participation in Florida Coalition for the Education of Exceptional Students (CEES). Florida case members are dedicated to the enhancement of each individual in society and believe that all students have a right to a quality education which will enable them to develop to their maximum potential.
