Blanket quotes are handled on an individual basis. PAYMENTS. Standard terms of payment is net 30 days from date of invoice. Special orders for elements that are built to the customer's specifications cannot be canceled if the order is in production, without cancellation charges. ADDITION OF ITEMS TO EXISTING ORDERS. Additional items cannot be added to orders that exist but have not shipped. RETURNS. No goods may be returned without prior authorization and RGA number given by Flow Ezy FILTERS ,Inc. Shipping discrepancies must be brought to the attention of Flow Ezy FILTERS within 20 days of receipt of goods. Special orders built to the customer's specifications cannot be returned. All authorized returns must be in the original packaging in the original condition and shipped freight prepaid.
