3 With the ability to handle up to six pumps, Flygt MultiSmart makes advanced pump control functionality available to everyone. Providing hundreds of features that not only maximize the efficiency of the pump station but also save time and money for the owner by preventing clogging and nuisance call-outs, the Flygt MultiSmart is so simple to use that it will empower the operational staff with the kind of control previously only available from custom-programmed PLCs. Flygt MultiSmart Intuitive, Easy to set up & Easy to use Pre-configured & Built-in Comprehensive pump station control Real-time data & Information monitoring Predictive maintenance enabler Flygt MultiSmart is a new type of controller, an intelligent Pump Station Manager.

4 The range of Flygt MultiSmart will immediately replace MultiTrode MultiSmart on the AUS, UK and US markets. Also Flygt APP/APX 700 will be replaced and phased out. APP/APX 700 will be available during the transition period until end of 2014. Included languages in this release are English, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish, Swedish, German and Norwegian. Priority 1 markets for launch are: Australia, Canada, US, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and UK. Flygt MultiSmart will be locally launched according to the local implementation plans. 2 Product aim The aim is to take the efficiency leader position for water and wastewater solutions. Our focus, application knowledge and close relationship with our customers are giving us a competitive advantage.

5 Flygt MultiSmart fits in the high end of the Flygt controller assortment and shall immediately replace the MultiTrode MultiSmart and the Flygt APP/APX 700 assortment before the end of 2014. Since MultiSmart has a certified DNP3 protocol implemented and also DNP3 WITS, it opens up for more sales where we could not offer before. It also opens up possibilities for more advanced water network planning on the SCADA level with the patented set point profile solution. There are mainly three different types of players: Larger global automation enterprises with general controllers, PLC:s o Strong position/relation with local consultants, integrators and contractors o Limited direct sales channel to the W&WW market Local SCADA and RTU manufacturers o Strong customer intimacy with technical and commercial support close to the customer.

With Flygt MultiSmart we are combining the best from two worlds, the PLC s and the dedicated pump controllers based on our unique application and pump expertise: Flygt MultiSmart is dedicated for water and waste water. Unlike from general controllers. Flygt MultiSmart has a highly intuitive and easy to use interface included as standard. To be used both for commission and operation and can also be used as a portable display. Unlike general controllers that needs to be programmed and lack portability. The pre-programmed Flygt MultiSmart has advanced well-proven and tested functionality already built-in such as pump and sump cleaning functions, energy saving, set-point profiles etc.

Pump Control I/O Board (3PC2) - monitors a 1-phase or 3-phase supply and provides digital and analogue I/O:s for up to 3 pumps.
