It spoke of a friendly match between St Giles (Elgin) and a team from Buckie Oct 24 A Buckie team is formed - A meeting took place in the Volunteer Hall, Buckie last week with the purpose of forming a team to be called Buckie . T. Pringle was appointed captain with J. M. Tait as vice captain. The secretary/treasurer was J. Cowie, while R. Nicol, W. Scott, G. Mair, A. B. Mair and R. Falconer were appointed to form the committee. Thistle FOOTBALL Club is formed - At a second meeting the THISTLE FOOTBALL CLUB was formed.
